Could have been better

In my honest opinion, the item is good but I paid for hand painted detail. Instead of that, the seller sent me 2 plain charms. It also took almost 2 months to get my order. I had also ordered a pre-order tassel. Not sure I will order from this seller again unless they are ready made.
